Eligible Cases

  • Verified payment submitted but booking could not proceed from service side.
  • Duplicate payment entries confirmed in records.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Incorrect or incomplete applicant information submitted by user.
  • Confirmed cases already processed and delivered in workflow.
  • Delays caused by external dependencies beyond direct control.

How to Request

Email support@gamcapakistan.online with reference code, passport number, and payment details for review.

Refund outcome is based on verification logs and internal policy checks.
