Eligible Cases
- Verified payment submitted but booking could not proceed from service side.
- Duplicate payment entries confirmed in records.
Non-Eligible Cases
- Incorrect or incomplete applicant information submitted by user.
- Confirmed cases already processed and delivered in workflow.
- Delays caused by external dependencies beyond direct control.

Email support@gamcapakistan.online with reference code, passport number, and payment details for review.
Refund outcome is based on verification logs and internal policy checks.
